The hotel is located in a fantastic area, with easy access to tourist areas and just a short distance from the stadium. The quiet location offers a peaceful retreat, yet it's only a quick 30-minute walk to the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The delicious breakfast and afternoon tea are a pleasant addition to the stay.

The breakfast room was beautiful, and the service was fantastic. We were treated well and offered coffee while we waited for our breakfast. The staff even apologized for the delay and provided cookies, with one portion being gluten-free to accommodate our diets. The location was convenient, near the Aviva Stadium and Lansdowne Rd. DART station, but without any noise. The hotel consisted of lovely converted townhouses, with a solarium for breakfast that overlooked a garden. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated. The living room was a great place to relax with a cup of tea or coffee, and there were also options for wine, beer, scones, and cake. It's a pleasant walk or a quick DART ride to the city center, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby in Ballsbridge. The staff, especially Fernando and Rory, were welcoming and provided personal attention.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast - the full Irish with homemade breads and pastries was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the 24-hour front desk, as they were always available to help with taxis and any other needs. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We absolutely loved this place! The hotel is located in a very lovely area, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Landsdowne Road Dart station is right next to the hotel, which makes it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even offered us a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities included tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and free toiletries, which provided enhanced comfort. We also enjoyed the leisure garden area and the leisure/TV room, both of which were great places to relax. Furthermore, the free Wi-Fi in public areas and on-site car park were very convenient.
